What is the cost of the course?
The 15-week, 30-class program is $2,000BZE
How do I enroll?
Fill out the Application Form. We give preference to students already working with or being sponsored by restaurants or resorts. Contact your employer to have them sponsor your enrollment.
What if I miss a class?
In order to graduate, you must attend all classes. Should you miss a class, you will be given the opportunity to take missed classes in the next rotation of the course, which will provide an opportunity to complete the course, but with a delay in obtaining your certification.
Are the courses in both Spanish and English?
The classes are conducted in English, but course materials are in both Spanish and English.
What happens when I graduate?
There is a graduation dinner which you will cook with your classmates, and you will be presented with your certificate in front of the dinner guests made up of local dignitaries and people from the Hospitality Industry.
